Auditions: June 1st, July 10th, last one August 10th All at 10am to 1pm. 

Fashion weekend September 6th & 7th of 2024.

Friday 6th you will have excess to the building at 3pm, Show starts at 6pm. Building closes at 9pm.

Saturday 7th you will have excess to the building at 11am, show starts at 2pm. Winners announced begin at 6pm. Building closes at 10pm

We select the 8 finalists.

You will have 4 weeks to create a line of six pieces and a showstopper. 

You will be judged on creativity, presentation, functionality, and craftsmanship.

The contestants will be judged by three professionals in the industry

Prizes consist of; 

Trophy

AIN Designer of the year.

Spread in eMagazine.

On the spot photoshoot.

Travel agent Trip to wherever.

Dinner for 4 at a selected restaurant.

Free admission to defend title.

Intermission, 2 featured designer:

Rules for registered contestants:

A) Each designer will showcase six designs and select their one as their top design; which will compete against the other designers.

B) Only eight designers will be selected for the title Designer of the Year.

C) Registrations will end August 1st. Auditions will be held August 5th to fill the 8 spots for each category: designers, beard & barbers, hair and makeup competition.

D) Competition weekend dates are August 31st.

E) Prizes placements; each category will have a 2nd & 1st place with 1st place being the overall winners.

F) Prizes 1st place : Designers Title, 8pic Photo shoot, Commercial, $250.00 and Trophy

2nd prize Trophy. 

For the other categories they will be included in the designers photo shoot and recognized as the 1st place winners. 

G)  Each designer must follow the following fashion restrictions : 

No nudity Models must have 1/3 of their bodies covered, 

One outfit must be a costume, 

All beach wear outfits must have a reveal as this will include a cover garment,

Makeup & hair artist will be judged on creativity to compliment the designers garment and complete the look,

H} All registrations are separate and each of the 8 contestants will be teamed up by the judges,

I) Judges are elected experts by experience in their category.
